Karasjok municipality is a municipality in Finnmark in Norway. It is the country’s second largest municipality in area with an area of 5 464 km². The municipality’s administrative center and only urban area is Karasjok, which has 1 768 inhabitants as of January 1, 202112. Karasjok is an important center for Sami culture and language.
